These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website naya.events (the "Website") and your relationship with Arabesque Events S.R.L. ("NAYA Events", "NAYA", "we", "us"), the operator of the NAYA Events brand. By accessing the Website, purchasing a ticket, or attending a NAYA Events event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NAYA Events is operated by Arabesque Events S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at Str. Vântului nr. 4-6, Clădirea Scara 1, Etaj 3, Ap. 23, Sector 3, București, and sole registration code (CUI) 54613292. You can contact us at hello@naya.events.

About NAYA

NAYA Events organises premium nightlife experiences in Bucharest. Each event ("Chapter") is a self-contained concept with its own theme, atmosphere and creative direction.

Tickets & Sales

Tickets for NAYA Events events are sold exclusively through our ticketing partner, livetickets.ro, which acts as the seller of record for all ticket transactions. livetickets.ro processes payments, issues tickets, and is responsible for the ticket purchase contract concluded with you, including its own terms of sale, invoicing and standard refund procedures. We encourage you to review livetickets.ro's own terms and conditions before completing a purchase. NAYA Events does not process payments and is not a party to the payment transaction between you and livetickets.ro.

Entry Conditions

Minimum age for entry to NAYA Events events is 18 (eighteen) years old, unless stated otherwise for a specific event. Valid photo ID may be requested at the door. NAYA Events reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present valid ID, does not meet the age requirement, or does not comply with the dress code communicated for the relevant Chapter.

Entry may also be refused, and attendees may be removed from the venue without refund, in cases of aggressive behaviour, intoxication posing a risk to others, possession of illegal substances or weapons, or any conduct that endangers the safety of other guests or staff.

Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation

NAYA Events strives to deliver every Chapter as announced. However, we reserve the right to modify event details (including line-up, venue, or exact timing) where necessary.

If a Chapter is cancelled by NAYA Events, we guarantee a full refund of the ticket price to all ticket holders. Refunds are coordinated with livetickets.ro and processed to the original payment method within the timeframe communicated at the time of cancellation.

If an event is postponed, tickets generally remain valid for the rescheduled date; where attending the rescheduled date is not possible for you, the same full-refund commitment applies upon request.

Photography & Video

NAYA Events events may be professionally photographed and filmed for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, the Website, and future campaigns. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such photo or video content. If you wish to be excluded from published material featuring you, please contact us at hello@naya.events and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request for future publications.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect staff, security and fellow guests at all times.
  • Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.
  • Follow the dress code communicated for the relevant Chapter.
  • Comply with venue-specific house rules.

NAYA Events and its venue partners reserve the right to search bags and refuse entry of prohibited items in accordance with applicable law and venue policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the NAYA Events name, logo, visual identity, photography and video — is the property of Arabesque Events S.R.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAYA Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your attendance at an event or use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Force Majeure

NAYA Events shall not be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of government, public health measures, or venue unavailability.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your attendance at a NAYA Events event will first be addressed through direct communication with us at hello@naya.events. Consumers may also refer complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro, or via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit or ticket purchase applies. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date above.
